Life can feel overwhelming at times. Trying to balance responsibilities, relationships, personal goals, and unexpected challenges can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself, process difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.
My goal is to help you gain clarity about what you want for yourself and support you in moving toward it. Rather than simply offering advice, I work collaboratively with clients by asking thoughtful questions that encourage insight, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
My approach
I take a person-centred approach grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I also draw from psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy, recognizing how early experiences and relationships can shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others today. I value authenticity, attunement, and creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and recurring emotional or behavioural patterns. I also support clients seeking greater self-understanding, personal growth, and a stronger connection to themselves.
Person-Centred Therapy
You lead the way. I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space where your values, goals, and pace always guide our work together.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how past experiences and early relationships continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behaviour in the present.
Interpersonal Therapy
Focuses on the quality of your relationships and communication patterns, helping you build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward creating a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.

My professional background as an educator includes working with children, teens, and young adults. Through my years in education, I witnessed firsthand the impact that mental health challenges can have, as well as the barriers many individuals face when trying to access support. Supporting students emotionally and academically deepened my passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and understood.
My therapeutic approach continues to evolve through ongoing learning and a deep interest in understanding how early experiences influence thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behaviour. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop
