Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it is not always easy to carry everything on your own. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are feeling stressed, anxious, stuck, emotional, or simply in need of a space to reflect, therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I take a deeply client-centred approach to therapy, which means that you are the one leading the way. I believe therapy is your time, and together we can focus on what feels most important to you at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as you explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and goals.
My approach
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, accepted, seen, and encouraged. I want you to know that you can come to therapy as you are, with your stress, your tears, your questions, your hopes, and every other part of your experience. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.
I work with teens, young adults, students, adults, couples, and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, symptoms of depression, stress, family conflict, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, self-esteem concerns, people-pleasing, emotional regulation, cultural and intergenerational issues, life transitions, and personal growth.
Person-Centred Therapy (PCT)
The foundation of my work — creating an unconditionally accepting, empathetic space where you feel free to explore without judgment.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Identifies and gently reshapes unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or low mood.
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
Draws on your existing strengths and resources, working toward practical, meaningful change rather than dwelling on problems.
Psychodynamic & Strengths-Based
Explores the deeper patterns and past experiences that shape the present, while always honouring the resilience you already carry.
My therapeutic style is gentle, collaborative, reflective, and warm. While my work is strongly rooted in Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), I also draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), psychodynamic approaches, strengths-based strategies, and trauma-informed care. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I aim to tailor the process to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. For couples, I also integrate Gottman-informed approaches when appropriate.
I also offer services in French.

A little something about me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active through soccer and kickboxing. I also love cooking and baking, which help me feel grounded, relaxed, and recharged. A lot of my free time is spent with my puppy, who brings a lot of joy to my life and may occasionally make a quiet appearance during virtual sessions.
I also care deeply about creating a space that is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and respectful of each person’s lived experience. Through my own family experiences and close relationships with loved ones who have immigrated, I have developed a deeper understanding of some of the challenges that can come with adjusting to a new place, learning a new language, and navigating different cultural identities and expectations. These experiences continue to shape my anti-oppressive and culturally responsive approach to therapy.
