Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
CYW, BA, MACP
There are moments when what you’re going through can feel heavy or difficult to navigate alone, particularly during times of change or uncertainty. I offer a gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I view therapy as a collaborative and relational process, where you are the expert in your own life. My approach is person-centered and holistic, grounded in a trauma-informed framework that honours your unique story and lived experiences. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, and Gottman Method principles in couples work. In all of my work, I strive to adapt evidence-based modalities to fit your individual needs and cultural context.
My approach
My approach is person-centred and holistic, grounded in a trauma-informed framework that honours your unique story and lived experiences. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and adapt them to fit your individual needs and cultural context.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to support meaningful, lasting change.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Mindfulness-Based Practices
Cultivates present-moment awareness to reduce stress, increase self-compassion, and support grounding.
Gottman Method
Research-based approach to couples work — improving communication, connection, and conflict resolution.
All of this is delivered through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens — supporting clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
"What matters most is your willingness to show up for yourself — therapy is a space where that intention can be supported with care and curiosity."
Professional background
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights from St. Thomas University, and a postgraduate degree in Child and Youth Work from George Brown College.
I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including Indigenous women and families, youth, first responders, and individuals navigating transitional periods. I believe that what matters most is your willingness to show up for yourself; therapy is a space where that intention can be supported with care and curiosity.
My work is grounded in a strengths-based and collaborative approach, supporting clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

A little something about me
I am a mom to a wonderful little guy. As a biracial, first-generation Canadian in a culturally diverse relationship, I am continually exploring and understanding my own multicultural journey. These lived experiences inform the way I connect with others, bringing empathy, openness, and authenticity into my work.
I believe in the innate capacity for growth within each person, and I see therapy as a bidirectional process where we both bring our humanity into the space. My hope is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward healing and connection.
As a biracial, first-generation Canadian, I bring lived experience of navigating multiple cultural identities and contexts. I am continually learning and growing — personally and professionally — and I carry that same spirit of openness, curiosity, and care into every therapeutic relationship.
